While it’s unclear whether CBD oil is effective for weight loss, it has been shown to improve health in other ways. It’s relatively safe, with little risk of side effects (28).
More research — especially in humans — is needed to determine how this marijuana product affects weight. The findings that exist are relatively weak and inconsistent.
Therefore, CBD oil is not recommended as an effective way to lose weight.
